Before Keos Masons’ foundation, Marco and Cedric worked together in video game studios as well as teaching workshops at schools. Working in studios and dealing internally with outsourcing gave them a clear understanding of what video game companies want and need when it comes to their outsourcing needs. Being teachers in schools, working on character art curriculums as well as helping students and evaluating them, sharpened their pedagogical skills. Those are the pillars that lead them to the decision of founding their own outsourcing company with high-quality standards and also a committed approach to respect and communication with their clients and artists.

A professional 3D Artist and digital sculptor since 2010, Marco’s childhood dream has always been to artistically express himself through character design and world building for the video-game and the collectible industry and, since his debuts at THQ, Bioware and Eidos, he proudly worked for some of the biggest companies and brands out there. When he is not working on elevating Keos Masons to the next level and providing the AAA quality content his clients deserve, Marco dedicates most of his time creating and sharing new designs and ideas and also helping the artistic community to learn his methods and techniques through conferences or online platforms.

Cédric has always been immersed in and passionate about the world of creativity and art in all its forms since childhood. This deep passion paved his way into digital creation, bringing characters of all kinds and immersive universes to life across various media. It allowed him to enter the gaming and film industries in 2004, thriving on numerous projects and unique opportunities while collaborating with renowned companies and continuously pushing the boundaries of creativity and visual quality. Cédric has also played a key role in mentoring and guiding other artists. His commitment to excellence has made him a respected figure in the industry.

As Director at Keos Masons, Isabelle ensures every project meets its objectives. With a background as an artist in the entertainment industry, she understands both the creative and production sides of the process. This insight allows her to bridge the gap between artists and clients, fostering efficient collaboration and high-quality results. She excels in leading cross-functional teams and has a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Nothing inspires her more than seeing ideas take shape, and her commitment to collaboration, project planning, and client relations strengthens the studio’s reputation for excellence.
